The latest Mediterranean Riva Privée restaurant opened in the summer of 2021 on the beautiful island of Ischia, set in the midst of an exotic tropical garden with dining decor themes reminiscent of the classic and timeless elegance of Riva yachts.
The award-winning chef Nino di Costanzo heads up the team at this paradiscal two Michelin-starred restaurant on the glittering Amalfi Coast, which offers “the culinary excellence and peerless hospitality of Daní Maison”, the Ischian family home of di Costanzo.

Having worked with some of the best chefs across the globe, di Constanzo returned to Italy with a passion to recreate what he had learnt over the years and imbue his dishes with that love, research, study and experimentation to elevate his cuisine to heights untold.

His overarching desire is to marry products from the land and the sea, and to elevate each individual ingredient in such a way as to make them immediately recognisable.
