Located on Nevis’ picture-perfect Pinney’s Beach, Sunshine’s is named after the owner who began his business more than 20 years ago as a small barbecue grill. It has since transformed into a legendary establishment, serving freshly cooked seafood to the likes of Beyoncé and Jay Z.
