At Calabash, we are committed to bringing the island to your plate. Grenada is a smallisland, therefore it is important to us that we collaborate with local farmers, fishermen,and suppliers as well as our own family estate, L’Esterre, to celebrate the best qualitylocal produce and support our local community.
Using only fresh ingredients and stand-out local flair, the delectable dishes are set to take your tastebuds to another level. Menu highlights include BBQ eel and smoked herring terrine, Roasted lionfish fillet and lobster gnocchi.
Calabash Grenada serves dinner from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun evenings. The Piano Lounge is available for drinks before & after your reservation.
Reservations are required so please speak with a yacht charter broker who will make a reservation for you.
Evening Attire - Elegant evening attire is required for this fine dining experience. Sports clothing, tracksuits, ripped jeans, slippers or flip flops/slides, trainers or sneakers, baseball caps & beachwear are not permitted. Men’s shirts must be collared. Polo shirts are acceptable & men's shoes must be closed.
