Cool collective

The venue comes from the collective behind the Experimental Cocktail Club, which has outposts in London, Paris, and New York. Yet the only similarity it shares with its city counterparts is the cocktails – and it’s here where the beach club lives up to its name. 

Most of the cocktails on the menu feature rare and unusual spirits paired with offbeat ingredients for incredibly creative flavor combinations. The margaritas, for example, are injected with cumin and dill while the gin gets the green tea and grapefruit treatment.  

Mediterranean flavours

As well as a stand-out drink selection, the venue also excels in its gourmet offering. Centred on Mediterranean and Spanish flavours, top options include charcoal-grilled black cod with sautéed pak choy, the catch of the day crusted in salt and big cuts of beef.

The design comes from Dorothée Meilichzon who, although behind Experimental’s city venues, has created a look and feel in keeping with the Mediterranean. Bright, breezy shades match the hues of the ocean while natural wood furniture keeps things rustic chic. 

An Ibizan enclave

The ethos here is certainly one of low-key, laid-back luxury. Throughout the summer (from April to October), live DJs play a sunset set every evening until 1 am – but an impromptu party has been known to kick off in true Ibizan style.
