Since taking over they have lovingly restored both the hotel and restaurant to a standard befitting of modern luxury standards, yet have been careful to maintain its classic French style and charm. This is enhanced by the huge dining room windows and a terrace offering views of the hotel’s spectacular surroundings.

Executive Chef Romain Corbière brings a wealth of experience and classic French training to the menu, supported by talented pastry chef Juan Leiro and their teams. Like many of the restaurants on the Cote d’Azure, dishes are built around the best and freshest ingredients the region has to offer.
