60m superyacht ‘St David’: Special rate for Croatia yacht charters

The award-winning 60m/197ft motor yacht ‘St David’ from Benetti is offering a discounted base rate of €260,000 per week for charters taking place for a minimum of 14 days in the wonderful cruising grounds of Croatia from 12 August.

With a sophisticated baroque-style interior, incredibly alluring deck areas and a wealth of modern entertainment facilities, St David is one of the most luxurious yachts on today’s charter market.

Launched by Benetti in 2008 and refit just last year, she remains in prime condition and, as a highly sought-after charter option, her availability this summer marks an extremely rare chance to experience all she has to offer at a discounted rate while on an unforgettable summer escape to Croatia.

Combining hundreds of unspoilt islands, beautiful marinas, historic cities and sun-kissed beaches, the cruising grounds of Croatia are truly spectacular and offer a diverse array of opportunities.

Charterers can explore the charming streets and ancient city walls of Dubrovnik, revel in the glamorous nightlife of Hvar, discover world-class dive sites in Zlatni Rat, windsurf in Brac, lay back and relax on the beautiful beaches of Rab, sample delicious cuisine in Vis or go back to nature in Mljet.

But, whatever yacht-goers choose to do in Croatia, they are guaranteed to do it in style and comfort on board St David. For example, guests will be treated to the ultimate in outdoor living on the expansive sundeck, all while taking in the beautiful scenery and the glittering turquoise waters of the region.

By day, guests can unwind in the Jacuzzi, bask in the Mediterranean sunshine on teak loungers and enjoy a casual alfresco lunch. But, when the sun sets, the deck can transform into a party hub with a bar, dance floor, nightclub lights and a cutting-edge sound system.

Modular dining furniture can even be set up on this deck to host dinner parties for up to 24 guests. Another daytime hangout is sure to be the swim platform. Chill out here just inches away from the Adriatic or access the exciting collection of water toys for hours of fun on the water.

Opportunities for relaxation and socialising continue into the Andrew Winch-designed interior of luxury yacht St David. Exceptionally high levels of craftsmanship and attention to detail, as well as décor inspired by the La Belle Époque era, create an incredibly opulent atmosphere for charterers.

In the main salon, rich wooden joinery creates the backdrop for an inviting bar, a sociable lounge and formal dining area. The skylounge above, meanwhile, with lighter coloured woods, is much more laid back in feel and suitable for casual gatherings and family get-togethers.

Other highlights of the motor yacht include an outdoor cinema setup for movie nights at sea, gym equipment on the sundeck and a spa room on the upper deck where guests can indulge in massages and beauty treatments from the on-board therapist on their private yacht charter.

The principal charterer will also have the run of a palatial master suite. Situated on the main deck forward, it features an office, a lounge area, an amber and grey marble en-suite, and steps that lead up to the sleeping quarters, which feature panoramic views, a skylight and a hand-painted ceiling mural.

Completing the accommodation line-up is a full-beam VIP suite, two double cabins and two twin cabins. In total, the yacht can sleep up to 12 guests on a charter vacation.
