‘Mondango3’ will be the second vessel built by Alloy Yachts for the same Owners as the 2008-launched 52m charter yacht ‘Mondango’. With design from the acclaimed Dubois Naval Architects and a high spec interior styled by Reymond Langton Design, she is set to become an impressive addition to the global charter fleet this year and will be available for her debut season in the South Pacific in summer 2014.
‘Mondango3’ set sail for the first time last week out on the Hauraki Gulf in New Zealand and was put through her paces by the experienced crew at Alloy Yachts. Her innovative and cutting edge sailing yacht design, for which both Alloy and Dubois are renowned for, ensures outstanding performance on the water as well as access into shallow waters enabled by her lifting keel.
She is also fully equipped for comfort while at sea, with an impressive array of amenities to include an aft deck spa pool, a cockpit protected by sliding glass side screens and curved glass doors, and a swimming platform that unfolds from the starboard topsides. Her luxurious, contemporary interior meanwhile offers accommodation for up to 11 guests in five generous staterooms comprising a full-beam master suite, large VIP cabin, two doubles and two twins with one Pullman berth.
