Motor Yacht TURQUOISE Unveils Early Summer Gap in Charter Calendar

By Rebecca Bradbury   27 February 2017

The highly sought-after 55m/182ft superyacht TURQUOISE has a gap in her calendar between 5th and 22nd June 2017 for a one or two-week charter in the waters of the French Riviera or Corsica.

A 2011-delivery from Turkish shipyard Turquoise, TURQUOISE was elevated to a whole new level of luxury after an extensive refit in 2014. Now her rare summer opening makes for a fantastic chance to experience the timeless elegance and state-of-the-art amenities of one of the most popular yachts on the charter market.

Penned by renowned designer Ed Dubois, her long, sharp bow and extravagantly swept back radar arch never fails to turn heads as she cruises along the glittering French Riviera. What’s more, she is looking even more impressive following a new charcoal-coloured paintjob on her hull, which contrasts with her glistening white superstructure.

Guests on board can discover iconic destinations such as St Tropez, Cannes and Nice, or extend their vacation by exploring the wild beauty of Corsica, located just a few hour’s sailing away from the South of France. What’s more, she is available with no repositioning fees.

Wherever guests choose to charter, they can do so while indulging in the yacht’s heavenly deck areas. On the sundeck, unwind in the spa pool, sip cocktails at the shimmering bar, soak up the Mediterranean sunshine and enjoy freshly grilled snacks from the barbecue. Alfresco dining, meanwhile, is possible on all three decks.

A ‘modern interpretation of Art Deco’, the interior style of charter yacht TURQUOISE is at once glamorous and extremely accommodating. Contrasts are created by high-gloss Macassar wood and stainless steel accents, while injections of deep colours and rich materials offer great depth and richness.

In the main salon, guests are welcomed by an Art Deco-inspired bar, and can catch up with loved ones in sociable seating areas before sitting down to dine on velvet chairs around a grand dining table. In contrast to the petrol blue undertones of the main salon, the skylounge above is light and airy for more laidback gatherings on a yacht charter.

Stretching across the full beam of the main deck forward, the sumptuous master suite features a private study and marble en suite bathroom. A VIP suite is also located on the main deck, while three double cabins and one twin cabin are found on the lower deck, all boasting an individual design.

Another highlight of the motor yacht is an alfresco cinema on the main deck aft, where chic sheer curtains pull across for the utmost seclusion. There is also an extensive collection of water toys, ensuring charter guests have no-end of ways in which to explore the region.
