MYBA Charter Show 2025: 35th edition breaks records with largest attending fleet in over a decade

By Katie Scott   8 April 2025

An enticing showcase that includes some of the most indulgent Mediterranean yacht charters on the current market, the MYBA Charter Show returns in three weeks with the biggest attending fleet in more than 13 years.

A trade-only event that presents brokers and industry professionals the ideal opportunity to explore the latest and most innovative West Mediterranean yacht charters, the MYBA Charter Show has become a staple event in the luxury yachting calendar, regularly welcoming some of the biggest names in the industry.

From the quiet displays from 2012-2014 to the busy pontoons of the 2025 MYBA Charter Show, the event has proven itself to be an invaluable asset to the charter industry, with promising signs that the show will continue to grow over forthcoming editions.

Organized by MYBA (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association), the popular charter show has witnessed the attendance of some truly iconic motor yacht charters over the years.

Though the records have yet to supersede the 100-meter milestone, some of the largest yachts for charter to attend the MYBA Charter Show have included the unmistakable 295.7ft (90.1m) luxury yacht charter NERO - who has made several appearances, a 2024 show debut from 270.8ft (82.5m) superyacht charter EMIR, and the elegant 318.11ft (97.2m) charter yacht CARINTHIA VII who also made her debut at the show in 2024.

An event that likes to move around, the 2025 MYBA Charter Show is destined for the pontoons of Portosole Marina in San Remo. Perfectly equipped to host the fleet of 77 Mediterranean and Italy yacht charters, this captivating marina is one of the largest in the Mediterranean, with over 800 berths that can accommodate motor and sailing yacht charters up to 295.2ft (90m).

Other locations that have previously played host to the event include Genoa and Barcelona.

Looking to be one of the most successful editions, the latest MYBA Charter Show has an impressive fleet of attending yachts lined up, including the largest in show - charter yacht NERO, and two yachts who have recently rejoined the global yacht charter fleet after their sanctions; 236.3ft (72.01m) luxury yacht charter AXIOMA, and 266.8ft (81.28m) superyacht charter ALFA NERO.

Scheduled to run from 28 April - 1 May, now is a great time to look at booking your next charter vacation.
