A nightclub like no other, Ritual takes up residence in the ruins of an old granite castle carved out of a rocky hillside just outside Porto Cervo.
On the outskirts of Baja Sardinia, it’s relatively easy for those on a Porto Cervo yacht charter to join the hordes of party-goers which make a beeline here on warm summer nights.
Entertaining revellers with non-stop trance, electronica and dance music since 1970, this brainchild of Andres Flore is now very much a Sardinian institution.
The cave-like club, with its private corridors, dark décor and shadowy corners revealing dramatic water features, has wide appeal.
Integrated in to a historic monument, guests travel from all corners of the globe to experience the music temple
Luxury yacht goers will also be following in the footsteps of Aristotle Onassis, the original 1970s jetsetter, who once celebrated his birthday here with his rich and famous pals. And there’s still an element of exclusivity with bookings and table service available.
Created to remain at one with both its historical and natural setting, Ritual Club stands out with its unique aesthetic. But this is not the venue’s only draw.

The decadent party palace also lures in the crowds with its roster of star DJs and raucous themed nights. There are two dance floors – the largest goes by the name of the ‘temple’ – four cocktails bars and a magical garden illuminated by twinkling fairy lights.
Another highlight is Terrazze 1212, a restaurant spread across a stone-clad terrace above the club. Before the night time soirees get into full swing, the eatery serves up a variety of Mediterranean dishes in a romantic setting with wonderful views across the coast.
