Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park

Located just north of Sydney, this National park is a majestic wonderland, perfect for adventure and exploration. With ample cycling, fishing and bushwalking opportunities, the park is a must-see when cruising in the area. 

Renowned for its scenic setting on the Hawkesbury River and Pittwater, many tourists and locals visit the National Park for peace, tranquility, and adventure. 

A heritage-listed park, it combines important history with scenic beauty. Winding creeks and stretches of the ocean meet rainforest and eucalypts, rocky cliffs and mangroves, it is a breathtaking place.

Providing guests with a wonderful mix of sandstone, Australian bushland and beautiful views over the water, the 14,928-hectare park forms Sydney's northern boundary. With lots of wilderness to explore here, put your walking boots on and venture around the area. There are many elevated park sections that create great hiking spots and lead you to some pretty spectacular sites including secret waterfalls and swimming spots. Upper Gledhill Falls is a fairly easily accessible waterfall inside the park, so be sure to check this one out and take some pictures before you leave.
