Le Lotus

Le Lotus is one of the most gourmet and romantic dining outlets in Tahiti. Thanks to its dreamy setting that looks out toward the tranquil blue ocean, the restaurant allows guests to fully appreciate the surreal beauty of the island and its sister isle, Moorea.

The restaurant aims to deliver fresh menus that celebrate gastronomic excellence and unique flavors.  With the help of world-renowned French chef Bruno Oger, who is widely recognized as an expert in French haute cuisine, guests are in for a real treat. 

Chef Oger is becoming the soul of Le Lotus, bringing with him a wealth of talent, passion and technical prowess.

Guests have the option to enjoy a delectable yet light lunch which is offered daily from noon to around 2 p.m., serving up elevated dishes along with vibrant vistas that stretch far along the horizon. From 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. each evening, an intimate and elegant atmosphere takes over and you and your charter guests can enjoy a range of remarkable dishes complemented by a selection of your chosen fine French wines.

Menu highlights include the Michelin Two-Star Chef Bruno Oger's signature dish of slow braised lamb shoulder, served with egg plant caviar and Provencal jus and a delicious Octopus salad with bell pepper coulis, Province anchovy cream and squid ink rice chips.
