Guests have the option to enjoy a delectable yet light lunch which is offered daily from noon to around 2 p.m., serving up elevated dishes along with vibrant vistas that stretch far along the horizon. From 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. each evening, an intimate and elegant atmosphere takes over and you and your charter guests can enjoy a range of remarkable dishes complemented by a selection of your chosen fine French wines.
Menu highlights include the Michelin Two-Star Chef Bruno Oger's signature dish of slow braised lamb shoulder, served with egg plant caviar and Provencal jus and a delicious Octopus salad with bell pepper coulis, Province anchovy cream and squid ink rice chips.
