Guests will be greeted by islanders who are predominantly boat builders and farmers, and it’s possible to see craftsman using traditional methods to carve out wooden boats and dhows by hand.

Chole Island to Mafia Island
Chole Island is separated from its big sister, Mafia Island, by a small body of water. Stick around here for a day to discover the abundant marine life in Chole Bay.
Divers will be in their element on Mafia Island, particularly as the south forms part of a protected marine reserve. A range of bommie, wall, shelf, drift and night dives are available with some of the most spectacular walls located outside Chole Bay nearby a private beach. Another top site is the coral-rich Blue Lagoon in Kuwa Channel and snorkelers can join in the fun too. Beaches also abound, with Marimbani Sandbank always a favourite among visitors.

Mafia Island to Bwejuu Island
Within just a few hours, charterers can reach their next destination, Bwejuu, a two-kilometre-long island with friendly locals and pristine beaches.
