Port Hercules, Monaco
26 - 29 Sep 2018
The superyacht industry will turn its attention exclusively to the Monaco Yacht Show when it returns to Port Hercules for its 28th edition in September 2018.
Considered to be the flagship event of the international yachting calendar, the Monaco Yacht Show will this year welcome a world-class fleet of 125 magnificent superyachts.
Held at the iconic Port Hercules in the principality of Monaco, the four-day event will, as always, represent the pinnacle of luxury and provide the ultimate showcase for industry influencers.
Lining up alongside the superyachts will be 580 exhibitors, ranging from the finest superyacht builders, award-winning yacht designers, luxury suppliers and influential brokerage houses to the most sought-after tenders and water toys, prestige cars, helicopters and private jet manufacturers.
A key change at the upcoming edition is a new layout, which takes advantage of the restructured Quai des Etats-Unis. Along the jetty, yacht designers, shipyards and brokerage houses will exhibit alongside the yachts they represent, improving the visitor experience for the show's private clientele.
Nautical suppliers will now exhibit their products and services in the Darse Sud tent and on Quai Albert Ier, while the Parvis Piscine will be dedicated to luxury manufacturers and top-of-the-range service suppliers.
After launching in 2017, the Tenders & Toys zone will return to Quai Jarlan with an extended section along Quai Antoine Ier. Also expected to return, following its debut last year, is an opening ceremony, which includes the presentation of the Monaco Yacht Show Awards.
The developments are in response to the efforts by the organisers to future-proof the show's success. As usual, the event will span over four days with more than 30,000 visitors anticipated to walk through its doors.
