The 55.75m/182'11" 'Galileo' expedition yacht built by the Italian shipyard Picchiotti is available for charter for up to 12 guests in 5 cabins. This award winning yacht features interior styling by Italian designer Perini Navi.
Offering a wealth of uncluttered spaces throughout, expedition yacht Galileo is tailor-made for adventures across the high seas; from the tropics to the poles, where all you need to do is kick-back, relax and enjoy the spectacular vistas as you cruise on by. She has sensational features such as beach club and gym.
Galileo is great for families thanks to her child-friendly setup. Built in 2011, She offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests with a layout comprising a master suite, two double cabins and two twin cabins. The bed configuration includes 2 doubles, 4 singles and 2 pullmans. She is also capable of carrying up to 11 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.
On your charter, you'll find plenty to keep you busy and entertained, notably a beach club for you to relax on the edge of the water. A gym with all the latest equipment is available for a good work out.
Galileo benefits from some excellent features to improve your charter, notably satellite communications, keeping you connected on any voyage. Take advantage of the on board Wi-Fi and stay connected at all times or guests will experience complete comfort while chartering thanks to air conditioning.
Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 9,000 nautical miles from her 150,000 litre fuel tanks at 11 knots.
Galileo has aboard a plentiful range of water toys and accessories ready to entertain you and your guests whilst on charter. Principle among these are waterslides for hours of fun for all ages. Guests can experience the thrill and adventure of riding one of the two Yamaha VX Cruiser WaveRunners. Also there are three waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. If that isn't enough Galileo also features a seabob, wakeboards, wakesurf boards, fishing equipment, scuba diving equipment and much more. When it comes to Tenders, Galileo has you covered - with three tenders, including a 9.5m/31'2" Zodiac.
