The award winning 33.25m/109'1" motor yacht 'Marbella IV' (ex. Waterford) was built by Sovereign Yachts in New Zealand at their Richmond, BC shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Paturzo Yacht Design and she was completed in 2001. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Setzer Design Group and she was last refitted in 2026.

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C-18 ACERT) 1,400hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 13 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 1,500 nautical miles from her 15,898 litre fuel tanks at 13 knots. Her water tanks store around 4,163 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) classification society rules.
