Launched by Feadship from Aalsmeer in January, the brand new 83.5m/274ft motor yacht SAVANNAH (project 686) has recently been undergoing sea trials.
The photos released by the Dutch shipyard Feadship really show the beauty of her distinctive metallic painted hull whilst underway out in the North Sea.
Custom-built SAVANNAH is the first ever superyacht to feature an eco-friendly blend of single diesel engine, three gensets, batteries, propeller, and azimuting pioneering electro-mechanical propulsion platform which is reported to deliver fuel economies of thirty per cent.
Another unique aspect of her design is the way the main deck indoor and outdoor living areas have been combined into one large space enclosed by weather-tight sliding doors. With the sides of the main lounge open, the entire space from the swimming pool to the salon serves as a comprehensive al fresco experience zone.
Accommodating up to 12 guests in total, with a crew of up to 22 Superyacht SAVANNAH will be made available on an exclusive basis for occasional chartering, contact your charter broker for more details.
