The 50m/162’ Feadship motor yacht HIGHLANDER is now offered for charter for the first time and will be available in the Mediterranean from July onwards.
Built in 1986 with exterior and interior design by Bannenburg and Rowell, HIGHLANDER is one of the most iconic superyachts on the water and an exciting new addition to the global charter fleet. Previously used to cruise along the east coast of the USA as a corporate platform for Forbes magazine, she has in her time hosted a line-up of highly influential people from Liz Taylor and Robert Deneiro to Ronald Reagan and HRH Prince Charles.
HIGHLANDER has now been acquired by a new Owner who is keen to offer her as a charter of the highest standards of luxury. She has recently completed an extensive refit at Derecktor Florida which included her hull lengthened from 46.5m to 49.5m as well as full interior relook, major mechanicals and full paint.
Her luxurious interior boasts beautiful design features throughout, from original pop art works to a striking floating marble staircase while outside are superb dining and sunbathing areas as well as a sundeck Jacuzzi and helipad. An impressive collection of toys and tenders fill her tender garages, including a 6.7m fully restored classic Donzi and a 5.8m classic tender custom built for Malcolm Forbes by The Cigarette Racing Team, Miami.
HIGHLANDER offers accommodation for 12 guests in seven staterooms and is offered in the Mediterranean at weekly rates starting from €160,000, contact your charter broker for further details. See all yachts for charter in the Mediterranean.
