Your guide to the Palm Beach International Boat Show 2023

Ready for another year of world-class superyachts, boats and exhibitors, the Palm Beach International Boat show is back for more on-water action in Florida. From the impeccable range of luxury vessels to all the activities occurring during the show, this is your guide to one of the most prominent events in the USA yachting calendar. 

Running from March 23 - 26, the Palm Beach International Boat Show 2023 (PBIBS) will be attracting over 800 boats, a magnitude of exhibitors and big-name boating brands and around 55,000 show attendees who will gather along Flagler Drive in downtown West Palm Beach for the prestigious boat show.

The four-day event invites guests, prospective clients and industry players to explore what’s on display on the water and along the stands. World-class superyachts, luxury sailing boats, pleasure cruisers and tenders will be dotted among Florida’s sunkissed shores, providing guests with the perfect opportunity to step onboard for a grand tour or to find out more before making a purchase or organizing a private yacht charter vacation.

What to expect at the Palm Beach International Boat Show 2023

This year’s boat show will be integral in providing visitors, exhibitors, and the community at large with an unforgettable event featuring more than $1.2 billion worth of yachts and accessories

Apart from the crazy number of vessels on display at the Florida show, there will be multiple activities that cater to all ages and adventure-seeking lifestyles. From the VIP experience to the AquaZone, visitors can also enjoy on-the-water demonstrations, actionable tips and exhibitors presenting brand-new products and services.

The AquaZone

Extraordinary and grippingly exciting, the AquaZone is designed to give boat showgoers an epic, upfront and personal experience with multiple water toys and gadgets as well as the latest innovative marine products.

Presented by Nautical Ventures, the AquaZone demonstrations commence one hour after the show opens and end one hour before the show closes and creates a visual spectacle for all those interested in the world of water sports and toys. 

Windward VIP Experience

To experience the show as a VIP, show-goers should opt for the Windward VIP Club which is designed to provide you with the ultimate premium experience. Located within the Lakeside Pavilion, it is the perfect haven for those looking for that extra bit of luxury and excellence whilst they are at the show.

As well as providing a relaxing sanctuary within the show with a premium open bar and impeccable gourmet options, the indoor/outdoor lounging area also makes a superb setting for socializing and networking.

The VIP experience also includes one-day general admission to the Palm Beach Modern and Contemporary Art Fair, which coincides with the Palm Beach International Boat Show. Bringing a world-class internationally respected group of 95 galleries and their artists to Palm Beach, this is a must-see event for all serious collectors, museum directors and interior designers.

Educational Seminars

Across the four-day boating extravaganza, a series of informative and educational seminars will take place from well-known professionals and industry experts alike. Conversations on topics such as Swordfishing, boating in the Bahamas and sustainability within the yachting industry. Cox Science Center and Aquarium

Designed to educate show-goers about local coral reefs and how to protect them,visitors can learn the physics of sailing and solar power through a variety of activities and fun demonstrations aimed at protecting our environment.

What is the official PBIBS 2023 superyacht line up?

Currently with over 141 superyachts set to attend the show, including 109 yachts making their debuts in Palm Beach, this year’s show promises plenty of standout vessels available to view. 

So far, there are 44 charter yachts attending the show, including the likes of the 75m (246ft) Feadship yacht ARROW, the 72m (238ft) superyacht CORAL OCEAN and the outstanding Amels 60m (196ft) motor yacht COME TOGETHER, which was delivered last summer.

How to get around the Palm Beach International Boat Show 2023

The show takes place along Flagler Drive in downtown West Palm Beach, directly across the Intracoastal Waterway from Palm Beach Island. Guests are invited to use the West Palm Beach Trolley System, which is free to access. The trolleys will continuously pick up and drop off guests at various trolley stops around Downtown and the Boat Show every 10-15 minutes.

Thursday 23 - 12pm - 7pm 

Friday 24 - 10am - 7pm 

Saturday 25 - 10am - 7pm 

Sunday 26 - 10am - 5pm
