‘Cacos V’ Heads to France Renamed as Superyacht GIRAUD

The award-winning 40m/131ft Tecnomar yacht ‘Cacos V’ has been renamed as superyacht GIRAUD, and is now available for charter in Mediterranean hotspots such as France and Italy.

Eye-catching and innovative, GIRAUD is the first in the Technomar Impero 40 series with a bronze exterior to match the originality of her glamorous interior. Previously available for charter in Greece, she now offers guests the chance to experience her luxurious features on the other side of the Mediterranean.

Not only is she an award-winner, picking up silverware at both the Showboat Design Awards and World Superyacht Awards in 2014, she has the largest internal volume for a yacht of her length, and has the best noise and vibration levels ever achieved in RINA Comfort Class.

This means guests are guaranteed incredibly spacious living areas, as well as an extremely comfortable and quiet cruising experience on their yacht charter, no matter whether discovering the glamorous sights of the French Riviera or soaking up the charm of the Amalfi Coast.

On the sundeck, take in wonderful views while unwinding in the spa pool, sipping drinks at the bar, dining alfresco under the shade of the radar arch or simply sitting back with a good book.

Up to 14 guests can be hosted at an alfresco dinner on the upper deck aft after enjoying aperitifs on the shaded aft deck below, a more secluded lounging spot is available on the foredeck and a beach club enables charterers to get close to the glittering waters of the region.

Retreat inside luxury yacht GIRAUD to experience her unique interior design. Dark open grain oak joinery contrasts with metallic walls as well as silk, satin and velvet fabrics. A changeable colour palette courtesy of a cutting-edge LED lighting system and modern artworks add extra interest.

Opulent and sensuous, the main salon invites guests to recline in the sociable lounge area and treats those dining at the formal table forward to unimpeded vistas through full-length windows. A more laid-back salon with a large bar and games area awaits in the skylounge above.

After a day on the water, guests can retreat into one of five cabins, including a master suite with its own private study and his-and-hers en suites, three double cabins and a twin cabin with a Pullman berth. This means the motor yacht can sleep up to 11 guests.
